Version v1 · In effect since October 3, 2026
Business Terms
These Business Terms govern an organization's use of Inleika. They form an agreement between Parzr, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company with its principal office at 5640 Lenox Park Pl, Sugar Hill, GA 30518, United States ("Inleika"), and the organization that creates or uses an organization account (the "Customer").
The person who accepts these Business Terms confirms that they are authorized to bind the Customer.
The Terms of Service also apply to each individual who uses the Service for the Customer. If they conflict with these Business Terms on the Customer's use, these Business Terms prevail. The Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of these Business Terms.
1. Definitions
- Service: Inleika's hiring platform, APIs and assistant integrations.
- Members: people the Customer invites to its organization account.
- Customer Data: personal data and other information the Customer or its Members submit, or that the Service processes on the Customer's behalf. Examples:
- managed profiles;
- private talent pools;
- pipelines and notes;
- interview plans, evaluations and transcripts;
- offers and signed documents.
- Marketplace Data: profiles and matching information about candidates who have chosen to be discoverable in Inleika's marketplace.
- Credits: the prepaid units the Customer uses for paid features.
2. The Service and roles
2.1 Inleika provides the Service so the Customer can:
-
publish positions;
-
find and evaluate candidates;
-
run interviews (including with Mila, Inleika's AI interviewer, where enabled);
-
make offers;
-
record hires.
2.2 Customer Data. For Customer Data, the Customer is the controller (responsable) and Inleika is its processor (encargado). The DPA applies.
2.3 Marketplace Data. For Marketplace Data, Inleika is the controller. When the Customer receives Marketplace Data, the Customer becomes an independent controller of the data it receives. The Customer will:
-
use it only to evaluate and contact candidates for genuine employment opportunities;
-
protect it as Inleika's Privacy Notice describes and as the law requires;
-
not transfer it to anyone else except its own service providers;
-
honor candidates' requests about it.
2.4 Hiring decisions are the Customer's. The Service's AI provides recommendations, explanations, summaries and interview evidence. The Customer remains solely responsible for every hiring decision and for the employment relationship. Inleika is not the Customer's employment agency, staffing provider, Employer of Record or background-check provider.
3. Accounts and Members
3.1 The Customer is responsible for its Members' access and actions, and for keeping roles and permissions up to date. It must promptly remove Members who should no longer have access.
3.2 Members must accept the Terms of Service. The Customer must ensure Members use the Service only for the Customer's legitimate hiring purposes.
3.3 Members may connect AI assistants to act within their permissions. The Customer is responsible for the assistants its Members connect.
4. Customer obligations
The Customer will:
a) Lawful basis and notice.
- Have a lawful basis for all Customer Data it submits.
- Give people the notices the law requires. This applies especially to people it adds to managed profiles or represents, who may not have an Inleika account. Inleika provides a template notice the Customer may adapt.
b) Non-discrimination.
- Comply with anti-discrimination and equal-opportunity laws.
- Not use the Service, including its search, matching and AI features, to discriminate based on a protected characteristic.
- Not use ZIP code or similar location data as a proxy for a protected characteristic.
c) Meaningful human review.
- Ensure a person reviews AI output before acting on it.
- Make sure the person who makes each hiring decision is qualified and authorized to make it.
d) AI-in-hiring laws. Comply with the laws that apply to employers or deployers that use AI in hiring. Examples:
- notice duties under the Illinois Human Rights Act;
- bias-audit and notice duties under New York City Local Law 144, where applicable;
- deployer duties under Colorado's law on automated decision-making technology, from its effective date.
Inleika provides the documentation described in section 7 to help.
e) Interviews and recording.
- Before Mila takes part in an interview, the Customer must confirm that it has notified the other human participants and obtained their consent where required.
- Inleika asks each candidate for their own consent. Where the Customer manages a candidate's profile and coordinates that candidate's interviews, the Customer may instead confirm in the Service that it has obtained the candidate's permission. That confirmation is the Customer's representation and warranty, and the candidate's own decision in the Service prevails over it.
- The Customer is responsible for having the consent the law requires for any photo it adds to a profile it manages.
f) Job postings and offers.
- Ensure job postings and offers are accurate and lawful, including pay-transparency and anti-discrimination requirements.
- The Customer is responsible for the content of offers and documents it sends for signature.
g) Requests from individuals. Respond to requests from individuals about Customer Data. Inleika will pass on and help with such requests under the DPA.
h) Acceptable use. Comply with the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service.
5. Credits, fees and payment
5.1 Credits.
-
Paid features consume Credits as shown in the Service before the Customer confirms the action.
-
Examples of paid features: matching and AI analysis, AI interview minutes, e-signature requests.
-
The Service shows the price for each feature.
5.2 Purchases.
-
The Customer buys Credit packages in US dollars through our payment provider.
-
Purchased Credits do not expire while the account is active.
-
Credits are non-refundable, except where required by law or where a charge resulted from our error.
5.3 Saved payment methods. If an authorized Owner or Administrator saves a payment method, they authorize future purchases confirmed by the Customer's authorized Members, as described when the method is saved.
5.4 Metered services.
-
Before an AI interview starts, the Customer must have enough Credits to cover the full planned estimate shown in the Service.
-
Credits set aside for an interview but not used are released.
-
An interview that has started continues to its normal end. Inleika absorbs any use beyond the Credits set aside; the Customer owes nothing extra.
5.5 Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. The Customer is responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on Inleika's income.
5.6 Price changes. Inleika may change prices for future purchases with at least 30 days' notice. Credits already purchased keep their value.
6. Talent pool sharing
6.1 The Customer can share a talent pool with another organization using the Service. A candidate whose profile the Customer manages is included at the Customer's decision, and the Customer must have the consent the law requires for that transfer. Any other candidate is included only if that candidate allows it.
6.2 When the Customer shares a talent pool, the Customer is responsible for that transfer. The receiving organization becomes an independent controller of what it receives and must meet the obligations in section 2.3.
6.3 A share gives the receiving organization the candidate's professional profile only. It does not include the sharing organization's notes or evaluations, or any Inleika-generated assessments such as fit scores or AI interview evidence. In a shared hiring process, progress updates are exchanged only when an organization chooses to post them. Neither organization may use them as a consumer report (section 8).
6.4 So that organizations can choose a sharing partner, other organizations using the Service can find the Customer by name and see its headquarters country and website domain.
7. AI documentation and transparency
7.1 Inleika publishes the AI in Hiring Notice. It describes:
-
the intended uses of the Service's AI features and the uses they must not be put to;
-
the categories of data they use;
-
their known limitations;
-
how to review their output meaningfully.
7.2 Inleika will notify the Customer of material changes to these features. It will provide template notices the Customer can use with candidates.
7.3 Inleika keeps records of this documentation for at least 3 years.
8. Not a consumer reporting service
The Customer will not use the Service, or information from it, as a "consumer report", and will not use it for any purpose regulated by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws. This includes background checks, or decisions about credit, insurance or housing.
If the Customer needs a background check, it must use a provider that complies with those laws.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care. It will use that information only for the purposes of these Business Terms.
9.2 Candidate information the Customer receives is confidential. The Customer must not disclose it except as these Business Terms permit.
10. Intellectual property
10.1 The Customer owns Customer Data. It grants Inleika the rights needed to provide the Service under these Business Terms and the DPA.
10.2 Inleika owns the Service, including its software, models, prompts, ontology and documentation.
10.3 Inleika does not use Customer Data to train AI models.
11. Suspension and termination
11.1 Either party may terminate for convenience by closing the organization account or giving 30 days' notice.
11.2 Either party may terminate immediately for the other party's material breach if the breach is not cured within 15 days after notice.
11.3 Inleika may suspend access to protect the Service, users or candidates, or where required by law. It will notify the Customer where reasonable.
11.4 After termination:
- the Customer can export Customer Data for 30 days;
- Inleika then deletes Customer Data as described in the DPA;
- unused Credits are forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise or where Inleika terminates for convenience. If Inleika terminates for convenience, it refunds unused purchased Credits.
12. Warranties and disclaimers
12.1 Each party warrants that it has authority to enter into these Business Terms.
12.2 Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is". Inleika does not warrant that:
- AI output will be accurate, complete or free of bias;
- any candidate will be available or suitable;
- the Service will be uninterrupted.
13. Limitation of liability
13.1 Neither party is liable for:
-
indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
-
lost profits or revenue.
13.2 Each party's total liability under these Business Terms is limited to the fees the Customer paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 These limits do not apply to:
-
the Customer's payment obligations;
-
the Customer's obligations under section 4(b)–(e) and section 8;
-
either party's indemnity obligations;
-
liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
The Customer will defend and indemnify Inleika against third-party claims arising from:
- the Customer's hiring decisions;
- the Customer's violation of section 4 or 8;
- Customer Data the Customer had no right to submit.
Inleika will defend and indemnify the Customer against third-party claims that the Service, as provided by Inleika, infringes their intellectual property rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Business Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts in Gwinnett County, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Changes
16.1 Inleika may update these Business Terms. If a change is material, Inleika will give at least 30 days' notice by email to the Customer's Owners and in the Service. An Owner or Administrator must accept the update for the Customer to keep using paid features.
16.2 Earlier versions remain available.
17. General
17.1 Assignment. Neither party may assign these Business Terms without the other's consent, except in a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all relevant assets, with notice.
17.2 Notices. Notices to Inleika go to the postal address above and privacy@parzr.com. Notices to the Customer go to its Owners' email addresses.
17.3 Language. These Business Terms are available in English and Spanish with equal effect. If they conflict, the language the accepting Member used governs.
17.4 Entire agreement. These Business Terms, the DPA and the documents they reference are the entire agreement between the parties for the Customer's use of the Service.
